Drawn Surface only uses water based ink, we never use plastisols or oil based ink systems.

We use sustainable cloth from natural organic plants such as flax and cotton, for fillings we use sheeps fleece and kapok.

We don't use silk, as we feel the farming methods of the beautiful silk moth and its pupa used to make silk are particularly cruel.  The silk moth (Bomix Mori) is an incredible creature and we feel it deserves to enjoy it's full life cycle naturally.

All of our packaging is recyclable, biodegradable & compostable and some is re-usable.
